Lovely food, great hostesses - very welcoming! Great food and not too expensive either with complimentary dessert!

“Great food”
Reviewed July 1, 2014

Everywhere offers average food but great views in Santorini, but salt and pepper has reversed this. The view is a main road but the food is superb.
Everything is cooked to order so be prepared to wait.
Also be prepared to to be served and don't be put off by being sized up and down as you walk in as if being ask 'who are you', because the warm treatment that you will get later on will make up for it, so have a bit of courage to walk in...
The tomato balls are a must. I had meet (beef) balls which were grilled and they were as authentic as they could be. Unfortunately we only went there on our last night otherwise we would have definitely return.
Excellent value as well.

“Wonderful food”
Reviewed July 1, 2014

Found this little place on one of our last evenings in Santorini; great food, friendly and nice owners. Luckily they have a tiny table available for us, but it filled up fast so you should always book. Prices really good for the excellent quality.

“Great evening”
Reviewed June 30, 2014 via mobile

We were not disapointed. TripAdvisor and American Express suggested this unlikely restaurant without the view
We ran a bit late which was no problem. The hostess was warm and accommodating and helped us find an easier way to walk home after dinner.
The tzatziki sauce was the best we have had in Greece. It was served with dolmades at the beginning which were warm and delicious. We enjoyed grilled eggplant with tzatziki sauce, honey salad and rocket salad all excellant. For the main we had sea bass, lamb chops and cod, all good. Would highly recommend.

“Great food at an affordable price”
Reviewed June 29, 2014 via mobile

I had my most enjoyable dining experiences in Fira at this restaurant. I have eaten at this restaurant 3 times so far and on each occasion was given a warm welcome by Irene the hostess/owner. The food is very fresh. I particularly liked the grilled mackerel for starters and also the lamb kebab which was cooked to perfection. My girlfriend enjoyed a feta and olive pasta which was very tasty and great value at only 6.50 euro. Additional nice touches are the fact that there is no cover charge with bread dips and amuse bouche included and also a lovely ice cream dessert. I would encourage anyone with a desire for quality good value food to try this restaurant. You won't be disappointed.
