We first came to mama's on the basis of reviews from tripadvisor- and to be honest I wasn't sure what the fuss was about- the food was OK, and the service good- but nothing spectacular. I'm glad we persevered though- because going back when mama was working was a revelation. Such a personality that just lifts the whole experience, and we happily went back again- taking a youngster who also loved the attention.
One issue with breakfast is the sheltered location- meaning no breeze, and it can get quite humid in the garden.
