My husband and I had our first lunch in Santorini at this pleasant restaurant in the midst of the narrow streets of the touristy shopping area. The food was delicious...a very fresh greek salad, tender chicken souvlaki and wonderful crispy fried potatoes. The fried cheese was a little disappointing, as it lacked flavor and didn't look as if it was homemade. However, everything else was good, including the service and the Santorini white wine. We were only in Santorini for one week but we made a point of returning to this restaurant before we left and the waiter recognized us and made us very welcome. I think the fact that my husband spoke a little Greek with him, and asked him for more phrases in Greek, made our experience more fun. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to couples, families, friends and even solo tourists. The stairway into the restaurant is welcoming, and the rooftop restaurant had cooling breezes. We were there in September 2013.
