Recently visited and enjoyed in particular a lovely dish of Greek yogurt and honey, heavenly. We found this delightful restaurant whilst trying to escape the madding crowds when visiting the Island during a cruise. Well worth the climb, for the food, service and view.

the owner is a great guy ( as well his grandson - alvin). we did not even ordered, he served us with what he wanted :)) but was a great decision, we had the best ever aubergines, the tastiest tomatoes, and the crispiest fish :)). and what can i say about the ice cream on the house and the glass of ouzo at the end of our dinner :))))

We stumbled upon this restaurant on a very hot day whilst walking up to the top of the island. It is a perfect spot to enjoy the view and the owner brought out a pair of binoculars for the kids to check out the volcano. He was friendly, kind and helpful. When we placed our order, he thought that we might have ordered too much food and advised us to start with fewer dishes. But then he started bringing out all sorts of dips and food on the house for us to sample! The bill came out to be extremely reasonable. And just before we left, he insisted that the kids have a bottle of water each for the walk down the hill as it was a hot day.

It's rare to came across hospitality like this and really made our day! And the fried small fish was most delicious as well!
