“Amazing! Highly recommended”

We stayed in Andronis Luxury Suites for our honeymoon and our expectations were truly surpassed. This place is AMAZING! The service was impeccable and the rooms spacious and clean.Breakfasts were delicious and generous. We were lucky enough to get a fantastic upgrade during our stay to a room that included an amazing view of the caldera with an indoor jacuzzi. We didn't need to go anywhere else in Santorini! Despite this, the staff were excellent in suggesting places to go sightseeing, eat and even helped us organise a great wine tour on our last day. By far money well spent, we would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: We paid for a basic room but were upgraded!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Andronis in Oia! When we arrived, we were very tired. We were met at the square by one of our porters who carried our bags on his shoulders up and down the never ending steps of Oia. We were very pleased by our meticulously clean, spacious room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. We did not warn for anything. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Kostas made our first meal incredible by seating us at the wine tasting table and recommending wonderful dishes and wine to taste, along with interesting facts about the island. The pool was an infinity pool that overlooked the caldera. We wanted to stay there all the time, but forced ourselves to explore Santorini. It had an incredible view that went on forever. I highly recommend the luxury catamaran sunset cruise, and the wine tour with mikalis! He was the best sommelier and brought us to very interesting wineries. We stayed five nights, but could have stayed forever! Do not miss the chance to stay at the Andronis! When we met others on our tours, we heard stories of poor service or rooms that did not meet expectations, and each time, we smiled and thanked American Express travel for recommending the Andronis. George, Kosta, Leo, Dimitris, Vickie and all if the staff made our stay memorable! We will return in the future!

My husband and I planned our dream vacation here. We spent one week in the iris suite and it was paradise. First, the hotel is impeccably clean. The rooms are beautiful with amazing private jacuzzis and breathtaking views of the caldera. The staff are extremely hardworking and professional. The food is excellent and fresh. This is one situation in life where you get what you pay for.

We stayed in the Apollo suite, which is larger than my Brooklyn apartment. It was so luxurious that at times it felt borderline ridiculous (in a good way). Why wouldn't you want a grotto style bathroom with a 6 person hot tub? Why not have an unimpeded 180 degree view of the Caldera from your massive balcony? Too much Ouzo last night? The impeccably fit, good looking staff will just bring a 7 course breakfast to your balcony. Oia is a lovely area of Thira to see, though very touristy, so be prepared for that. But honestly, you'll be in one of the most visually incredible places on Earth, so I think you'll be able to deal.

Room Tip: Anything in this hotel is going to blow your mind, so don't stress about it.

I was taken here by my husband for my birthday for four days. From arrival to departure this place was like a dream. The views are truly breathtaking and every way you turn is a photo opportunity. The room which was an upgrade from our booking was so wonderful. We had a jacuzzi overlooking the sea and were served our breakfast here, incredible. The staff worked so hard in the heat carrying large heavy trays of food up and down several steps to serve us. They were very respectful and friendly, all of them. The room was lovely. Only small downside to the experience was, as there isn't a beach nearby, the pool area was a little too small and when we were there, there was a group of 6 friends who took over the area unfortunately and we didn't stay there as we had planned to. Shops on the way to the castle were very lovely and the sunset is well worth all of the fuss made. Glad I had a chance in my lifetime to visit this beautiful island and stay at the Andronis. Thank you :)

It was a beautiful property with luxurious and big rooms built in the typical Santorini architectural style, in a nutshell: white washed walls, grey glossy cement and blue doors and windows along with breathtaking views, from any part of the hotel, of the entire city of Oia, The staff was extremely warm and they accommodated our request for date changes very graciously, even when the website that we booked through raised their hands and told us we will be charged double for changes. The restaurant was brilliant, and the breakfast spread one of the best.
The only thing I did not like was the toilet seat; it had been painted blue with a thick sticky paint.. not the best and the most comfortable feeling..
Also the room was a little dark for comfort.. maybe more lighting can be added.
The TV was lacking.. very far from the bed and at an awkward angle. We only found 2 clear channels that were in English.. a bit boring.. but thats not what one would want to do in Santorini.
Verdict.. recommended!

Room Tip: our room did not get wi fi.. we had to go out to catch a signal.. this was right next to the restaur...

We stayed at the Andronis during our honeymoon and loved it. The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms were very clean and large. They serve breakfast to you on the balcony and it was one of the highlights of our stay. There is nothing like enjoying a frappe while looking out at the view. The location was great and near some wonderful restaurants. The pool was one of our favorite spots, the bartender made great cocktails and the food service there was also top notch. We would definitely recommend Andronis especially for a romantic getaway.
