We took a ferry from Rhodes to Santorini which was supposed to arrive at 11pm. So we have Zak a call from the ferry and he said it wouldn't be a problem checking in late and even arranged for us to have a transfer from the port to the hotel. Well, there were some unexpected delays on the ferry and we didn't arrive until almost 4am! Zak stayed at the property until 4am to greet us and let us into our split level apartment. He's the owner so he takes so much care to make sure his guests receive great service. He gave us a quick tour and let us rest - told us he'd be back at breakfast to give us more details about the area and sure enough, bright and early he came by to see us. We booked a split level apartment for 6 girls. He had an open room upstairs that wasn't booked and could sleep to so he offered it to us for free unless someone else booked online. SWEET deal! We had a balcony twith two couches/benches right on the cliffside (amazing views) that we just sat on since it was so late to watch the sunrise.

Oia is a really nice village to stay in - probably the nicest in my opinion. Very romantic. Small streets and alleyways with hidden restaurants. Zak gave us really good restaurant recommendations for my birthday.

The group split up after Santorini. Four of us had to fly to Athens to catch our flight back to the States. He called his buddy on the spot to arrange a transfer from the airport to our Athens hotel and even got us a discount on the fare. Additionally, the other 2 girls in our group were staying one extra day and he gave them the split level apartment for a really good rate so they wouldn't have to move hotels.

This property was in an extremely good location, the best value, and the service is top notch. Remember, this is a boutique style accommodations. Don't go in expecting the Hyatt. It's a charming little property that Zak manages full time and he does a phenomenal job.

If youre thinking of going to Oia Santorini, this one is a must. The houses are built into the cliff, cave like with amazing views over the volcano. The most popular sunset viewing area on the whole island is literally 100 meters away and its quiet yet walking distance to amazing restuarants and shopping.
Zac is the most amazing host. He couldnt do enough for us to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. He's recommendations for food, car hire and tours were always spot on. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him and he smiled throughout everything we asked. If only all hotel staff were like this! Thanks again Zak. You are the best, and your houses divine!

The cave house is beautiful and the position is absolutely perfect but the place is over the expectations compared to others for it's soul. And Zoe's soul is the owner Zack. Always available, kind and supportive. He gives the boost to this structure.

My girlfriends and I had the most pleasurable and comforting stay at the Zoe House in Oia Santorini recently. Zac the owner was so accommodating and helpful it was just fantastic. The rooms and views are absolutely stunning! I would definitely stay here again and will be highly recommending this place for accommodation! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience in Santorini!

We recently spent six nights at Zoe traditional houses in Oia, Santorini. It's difficult to describe this beautiful place and do it justice. To begin the views from the balcony are breathtaking whether you are enjoying your daily breakfast or an evening glass of wine. The houses are beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated with many items made by local artisans. They are fully equipped and a lovely breakfast is provided daily! The owner Zak is friendly and very helpful and drops by morning and evening to ensure your stay is going well and to bring you lovely island treats! He is more than happy to arrange whatever tour or reservation you desire. I would recommend this lovely place to anyone who is considering a stay in Santorini!

It was the 5th time that I stayed with my girlfriend at the honeymoon room of Zoe Traditional Houses.

There are no words to describe this place, the feeling and the breathtaking view from our balcony! It's almost 360° view of the caldera!

I have to mention also that Zak, the owner, is the most hospitable and polite person I have ever known. Every year he makes us feel like home and for sure he will do his best to make your vacation memorable.

I hope to be back in Oia and Zoe Houses again next summer!
