The location of hotel is extremely good, you have an awesome view of the caldera and the sea. We had room 103 having a private balcony so we woke up each time to this amazing view. Stairs were a bit of a challenge but every hotel in oia that is on the caldera has stairs.
I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff whivh were all so nice and helpful especially the boy helpers which had the grueling task of carrying our bags up and down during check in and check out. Alexandra and the other 2 ladies were also very helpful, especially the cleaner who was very nice and had a lot of work on her hands but always managed to do it with a smile. All in all our stay in oia was an unforgettable one!!

We have stayed for two nights during april and we are truly enjoy everything in the villas. The place was beautiful with cozy decorations. The room is needless to mention for its facilities and the value was definitely worth more than the price offer. The staffs in Caldera Villas are friendly and will go beyond extend to make you welcome.

Here I would like to dedicate my thanks to a lovely staff who had to walked back with us from main street Oia just to give us a computer cable from the office even thought its late evening and she was carrying groceries bag. I am impressed for her humble attitude and also the service from heart. It was a shame I was too shy to ask her name but at the same time i believe she will continue to make Caldera Villas a better place to stay.

My wife and I recently stayed at Caldera Villas in Oia. It was our last night in Santorini and our only night in Oia. The location is a little tricky to find at first. As they explained to us, they meet most of their guests at their point of arrival and show them to their rooms. We arrived via car and just asked around and found it no problem. It was still very early in the season for Santorini and the reception area was being opened up for the first time of the year. The staff was very apologetic for the inconvenience even though it was really no issue. The location is set down 60 or 70 steps from the streets of Oia. There staff willingly lugged all our bags down the hill for just the one night even though we offered to consolidate the bags to make it easier. The room itself had a spectacular view with double doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the caldera. The bathroom was spacious enough and had a spa type shower system with a ain shower head, multiple body shower heads, as well as a handheld one. Lighting and decor was unique and very nice.

For us the best part of our stay was the service we received after we had already checked out. We realized, just as we were about to board our ferry for the trip to Athens, that we had left our passports locked in the safe. Being at the far end of the island there was no way we could get the passports before the ferry left. We called the hotel and explained the situation and the immediately went about trying to get our passports. They said we could get on the ferry and they should be able arrange for a courier service through our hotel in Athens. While on the ferry to Athens, I receive an email saying the passports are in hand and that they have already arranged for them to go out first thing in the morning via next-day courier service. I asked how to pay them for their efforts as well as for the shipment and they said they would take care of it all. We received our passports as promised and are now back home in the US. We are very grateful to the staff for going out of their way to help us out.

Even if you have no need for the extra service that we ended up needing, you will be very happy with your choice to stay here.

We stayed at Caldera because it was one of the cheaper hotels in the beautiful area of Oia. Even though the photos on the website were beautiful, we didn't have a great feeling about what it was going to be like when we arrived. The shuttle arriving late at the airport without even an apology was a bad start.....

BUT - it could not have been nicer!!! We were upgraded to the Honeymoon Suite with the most beautiful view. It is such a peaceful setting and also very friendly and communal. The pool side is so lovely and the view looking out to the Caldera is unbeatable. We didn't want to leave!!

Whilst the service was sometimes sketchy and not particularly thoughtful, there were always clean towels and cold drinks available from reception.

A few things to note:
- The internet was variable, not available in the rooms.
- Their restaurants recommendations are not great!! (Try the Red Bicycle)
- Some rooms open straight onto the communal pool area - some people did not like this.
- The stairs to get to the main street are very easy to manage. And they are most definitely worth it considering the view you get from the hotel!

Would definitely return!

Room Tip: We chose "Run of the House" which is the cheapest rate but you get the best room available...

This must be one of my favorite places that i have ever stayed at. Set on a cliff above the caldera, the views were outstanding !!! I wondered if we'd be bored, but never. There is such a feeling of peace here. Sunsets out there were out of this world such that, if you weren't actually there watching them, you'd swear they had to have touched up the photos . Staff were lovely, they made us feel like we had been there many times before. The suite was clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast consisted of everything possible you could imagine. We had treatments at the nearby spa (reception gave us discount vouchers) which were the best we have ever had. What else can one say? We will definitely be back!!!

One of the most unforgettable places ever !I traveled with my friends for 4 days 3 nights. It was a short stay but we have such an amazing and great experience in Santorini.A perfect break after a lot of traveling. Everyhing was over expectation.Service was provided with smiles. The hotel is located on the cliff side with an amazing view overlooking the Aegean Sea and the caldera. You never feel like the place is crowded even though it was almost fully booked! I would recommend doing some excursions if you need a break from relaxing. The sunset cruise is lovely and a fabulous way to spend an evening.Well done. If you plan to visit the country, this is a perfect venue!! Can't wait to come back!!!
