I was so surprised when I saw a pretty bookstore on the island. It is actually cafe as well. You can sit, have a drink and read your book on the terrace. The place is so authentic. They have different genres. It is awesome. If you do not buy anything you can donate. What surprised me most was that they have some of the first edition's of the precious books such as my favourite one George Orwell's 1984. A must to see for bookworms :)

Stabled upon this bookstore as we were walking and remember reading about it online. Very small but definitely go in. Very rare and original books for sale, cute to walk around for 5 minutes.

We were very surprised to find such a great shop in the middle of Oia. They have a great, inviting terrace upstairs with an amazing view. The shop itself is stocked with a wide variety of books in different languages and of different genres for both kids and adults. The prices are not cheap but reasonable considering the location of the store.

Wow !
We found an article about Atlantis Books in a magazine on the ferry as we made our way to Santorini.
This is a book lovers dream! Such a special hidden gem in the hustle and bustle of Oia.
We had to drag ourselves out of there after finding 8 different books, a tote bag and a some artwork to buy!
If high fashion and souvenir shops aren't your scene - spend some time in Atlantis and you won't be disappointed.
