Easy to get to, it's on one of the main (shopping) streets in IA, on the cliff. There are 2 floors, either one is excellent, but try to get a seat by the rail/edge of balcony because the panaramic view is breathtaking (the first floor gets no direct sun, it can get really chilly, bring a sweater/jacket no matter how hot it is that day). The attached picture was taken while seated by the railing. We came for some quick tea and breakfast, and wound up staying for lunch. Because you feel like you're getting the best experience of the island just sitting on that cliff, looking out at those cute white buildings carved into jagged rocks, watching the clear blue sea, below you, and being served delicious food by the sweetest waitresses and staff. Recomend the pastries and any of the savory crepes with cheese. Truely one of the best things about Santorini. Nearby are 3 "black sand" beaches that are not worth visiting: Paradissos, Baxedes, and Koloubos. But if you have time to drive/ride about 45 minutes south, go visit Red Beach and have your mind blown by that natural phenomenon.
