we hadn't booked but were advised to return in 25m for a table when we were accommodated. The waiter advised that the table may be ready in 15m but so that we weren't kept waiting to come back slightly later. One example of many were I felt that staff tried to make our experience as memorable or enjoyable as possible.
Being vegetarian I tend to have low expectations when outside of eclectic london but Floga made a lovely mushroom risotto and I love the tzatziki or aubergine based dips that go nicely with bread as starters or accompaniments.
Our meal was rounded off with a complimentary shot of Santorini's traditional dessert wine. Overall it was the lack of pretentiousness and the typically smiling, kind, sincere attitude that made this a thoroughly enjoyable meal.
