We found this small taverna during a nocturnal stroll through Oia. What a fabulous find! Such genuine people, great good and extremely knowledgable about local produce and how to cook it! We stayed late into the night chatting long after the last customer left, then walked yo a bar that had been recommended for locals nightlife! We learnt about Santorini building regs and listened to stories about local politics! Absolutely great!

We were very pleased with the food and atmosphere. The staff was friendly and the setting was quaint. The menu was diverse and was an excellent first dinner on the island during our trip.

We went on a recommendation and quickly realised that we should have left before we were even seated when the staff were sitting around smoking and looking bored! We were given menus and left until after asking, a waiter returned and said "let me tell you what we don't have" and proceeded to strike off half the meal options. .The food arrived lukewarm and seemed to have been reheated instead of fresh, the waiters had local friends popping in that they smoked and talked to and seemed annoyed when we needed to ask them for something.

Eleven of us dined here on the recommendation of Craig, the owner of Atlantis Books, and the restaurant more than lived up to his promises! The food was tremendous -- prepared fresh and perfectly seasoned -- and our indecisive group with a variety of dietary needs (gluten free, vegetarian) was easily accommodated by the very flexible kitchen staff. We were thrilled with each of the dishes we ordered and were happy to see so many creative items on the menu pairing so many wonderful flavors. This is a place that really understands food and really wants to please its customers. While the dining room doesn't have a view of the sunset, the balcony at the back of the restaurant does, so we got up at various times to take photos as the sun sank over the Atlantic, adding still more joy to what was a lovely, lovely evening. All of us agreed that this was the best meal we'd had in more than a week of travels through Greece!
