Having travelled over from England overnight we arrived in Le Havre early in the morning. Rather than stay there we decided to explore and found ourselves up the coast in Etretat, which is a fabulous location. We spotted La Flotille and liked the look of the menu so went in, It turned out to be a great choice. I had mussels which were good, and very pleasant with a small jug of local cider, but my son chose a steak which was actually grilled "au feu de bois" in the restaurant area, cooked to perfection. The crepes were very good too. Good job we got there early as the restaurant filled up quite rapidly. We enjoyed it so much we returned there on or way back to England - and I had a steak!
