Description: Situated in a beautiful 17th Century half timbered building. We offer a wide selection of dishes, from deliciously filled crepes to fresh salads to juicy grilled Steaks and great seasonal recipes of Stephen Houchin owner Chef. Enjoy your meal on the shady terrasse or inside next to the roaring central fire, whatever the weather there is a table to suit.

This is a great place to stop if you happen to be in the area. The products are locally sourced, the dishes are delicious (both the crepes and main dishes) and there is a good wine selection. Highly recommend!

We toured the chateau and village in a light drizzle and decided to stop for an afternoon warm up. Enjoyed wonderful crepes with pear/chocolate and honey/cinnamon with coffees next to the cozy fireplace. Owner chatted with us about life in the small hilltop town. Great ending to a gray afternoon of sightseeing. Wished we had stayed the night.

Wasn't sure what to expect from the outside but it was lovely when we got in and much bigger than you imagine. Decor traditional, service very friendly and food was superb. I don't eat meat but menu was varied enough that this was not a problem. Goats cheese, Apple and Roquefort salad was delicious and my husband loved the pate. Crepes were delicious and a large variety of ingredients. Wine list looked a bit expensive but they have a house wine and also another wine board which we had a lovely wine for about 20 euros.
Very nice owner allowed me to order in French without letting on she was English which I appreciated as usually people jump in with English and bang goes your practising your French! Would highly recommend this restaurant.
