Just spent 3 days in wonderfull "Les Paletuviers" . Great location amazing food, great service and such friendly staff. I stayed at the newest room -Baobab- high in the baobab tree with an amazing view on the Delta. If you want to get away from the stress and just relax this is the best place you can imagine. The drive from Dakar airport is approx 5 hours but the sights are great and when you arrive you immediately feel at home a real must go !

The colorful wicker decorations in the public areas are amazingly beautiful, and the pool area is quiet, comfortable and tranquil. The menu for lunch and dinner are limited, but the selection was more than adequate and the food was excellent. The rooms are comfortable and well stocked We enjoyed our short stay here.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Les Paletuviers in Toubakouta, Saloum while we stayed at a nearby resort where we were birding from.

What a fantastic atmosphere and location. Their restaurant is wonderful and has whimsical curved and colourful chairs that break up the rest of the decor which is understated and elegant.

We are in the industry so we also had a look at the rooms and pool while we were there. Everything was wonderful. This resort is the most expensive place to stay in Toubakouta but I would thoroughly recommend it. Beautiful.

beautiful location with magnificent vieuw on the mangroves in the delta of the sine saloum.
very friendly staff and the kitchen is top.
there are no rooms, but everyone has his own hut with a nice bathroom, double bed and of course with musquito net.
we came on sailing and in front of the hotel ankering , but we took the comfort of the hotel for a few days.
very comfortable and we can recommend this for a superbe holiday in the sun.
but it has his prize and is not cheap.

If you are looking for paradise in Senegal, this is the place to go. It is designed with charm and safety and is very child friendly. The activities are well thought: fishing, boat balades in the mangrove, visits to local villages, traditional spectacles...
The food is excellent. You will have oysters directly from the sea to your plates. Ask for langoustes or take the boat to buy yourself your oysters directly from the fisherwomen.
Ask for Amy in the hotel: she is of great help.
The staff is fantastic.
This is the ultimate - enjoy!
