We showed up around 5:00 after driving up from Poughkeepsie. It happened to be Valentine's Day and the start of President's Day weekend, and they were booked solid. However, they were able to accommodate us and get us a table for 5.
The decor is ski-country and cozy. Nice vaulted ceilings, lots of polished pine and wood. The bar area was happening, but off the dining room and not a distraction to a pleasant and relaxed meal.
The waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. We have kids with food allergies, and she was totally "with the program". She communicated with the kitchen for us and made sure the dishes were made to order without the allergens we needed to avoid.
The food was very good. My daughter especially liked the tuna with soba noodles. My burger was very tasty, and the onion rings were great. There were many other items on the menu that I'd like to try - we will definitely be going back.
