We were in North Creek a weekend ago for a Day out with Thomas, we loved the self check in system. The place is amazing, rustic furniture, clean rooms and the best of it...Scott, The General Manager, he made us feel so important, he gave us a tour around the property and we shared a drink at the backyard. We definitely will recommend Alpine Lodge to friends and family. We thank you for such a great place and hospitality. Kind regards from NY City. The Palacios Family.

Recently stayed in a standard room with king size. The pictures on the website are an accurate representation of the room and decor. The room was in near new condition with only minor blemishes here and there. The standard king was equipped with a bedside table, small dresser on the other bedside, CD/alarm clock, flat screen TV, and a small table with a coffee maker. The bed was comfortable with an overwhelming number of pillows. The bathroom was a little cramped. The shower was a stall. The toilet was tucked into an alcove with a poorly place TP holder which could be a little tight for larger folks. Everything was clean and in working order.
As has been stated before, the motel is in a very convenient location. There are a handful of restaurants all within <5 minute walk. There is a grocery store within walking distance as well. The motel is a quick drive to Gore Mountain or there is a shuttle service during the ski season. All of this made for a pleasant weekend.
We would definitely return and recommend to others.

We stayed 3 nights in a Luxury King room. The motel really is new and as pictured. The decor is Adirondack rustic with new fixtures. Pine ceiling gives the whole room a pine scent. Loved the self-check-in system with a combination lock rather than the usual key card system at most hotels. We felt that Scott the manager was around and available if needed. Housekeeping kept the room very clean. The cons: this room has a giant King size bed and a pull out couch. We found it a bit small for 2 adults and two children (ages 7 and 14 years), despite the fact that it is probably larger than most standard rooms in chain hotels. I think it had to do with the square layout of the room. For example, the TV was set up to be viewed from the bed, but was a bit difficult to view from the couch. This room would have been quite nice for just a couple traveling alone. The pull out couch could use a new mattress. Access to Gore Mountain was extremely convenient. Walking to the restaurants in town is convenient (even with small children). All of the restaurants are small and quaint. Expect personal, friendly service from the restaurants, but don't be in a hurry. I am rating it a very good value for the price because we stayed during a midweek special.

We found Alpine Lodge on line while planning a 3 day snowboarding trip to Gore Mt. The pictures accurately display the setting of the rooms, rustic look with tons of comfort. We were met by the manager, Scott, as we pulled up in the morning way before check in time but since they had just finished cleaning the room he let us move our bags in while we went to the mountain. Scott was the consumate manager always available with a recommendation and able to answer questions.

I was anticipating a "lodge" when we arrived but the setting is more of a motel style, still very cute tho. There is a common room that is cozy and available to watch TV, sit by the fire or play games, it seems to be under used.

We stayed in a Deluxe Queen. The bed was very comfortable, a flat screen TV/DVD on the wall toward the foot of the bed, there were two rocking chairs to sit in, the bathroom is an odd layout but very functional and there is a back deck with 2 chairs that overlooks a parking lot. We were very happy with the accommodations and the shuttle that is available to Gore was so conveinient I would definitly go back.

Scott showed us around to other rooms that were not occupied and all the rooms looked as comfy as ours. If planning a longer trip the apartments and eagles nest would definitly be an option.

There are some really good restaurants in the area just as Scott for a recommendation. Though the lodge is gay friendly don't expect to find a "gay" night life.

We just got back from a wonderful relaxing visit to Gore Mt, where we stayed at the Alpine Lodge in North Creek. We loved our visit and highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area and especially for anyone planning to ski at Gore.

Alpine is very clean, comfortable and much more quaint than a typical Motel. You can tell it is newer and well cared for by the owners who did a fantastic job sending out pre-trip communication including suggested restaurants nearby. They organized a voucher for our 2 day ski lift tickets and it was waiting in our room for us when we got to the lodge.

There is no need to go to the desk to check in on arrival. The email we got a week ahead of time included door code and recap of our plans. No need for us to follow up - it was all done for us just as arranged. Probably one of the easiest least stressful hotel booking and check in/out experiences ever!

We stayed in a Standard King room. Large roomy bed, warm and cozy - quiet while we were there but didn't feel the noise level would change even if all the rooms were booked. Our TV had built in DVD which we appreciated. Great free high speed internet and super cell phone reception even when it was not so good other parts of town. Bathroom is galley style but roomy enough and shower was well lit and easy to regulate.

Best of all Alpine was VERY convenient. Less then 10 min drive to Gore Mt. And we were able to walk to breakfast and dinner each night in North Creek. Highly recommend Laura's for dinner (but she is closed Mon and Tues so plan accordingly) and Bar Vino for dinner. Loved breakfast at Marsha's our last day and enjoyed our breakfast sandwich at Sarah's as well.

North Creek is a fun friendly small town. Alpine Lodge is the perfect place to stay in town and so close to the mountain. Gore is a great mountain to ski - not at all crowded and very well groomed. Wonderful trip all together! Will definitely come back and stay at Alpine when we do.
