Biggest joke ever. Pay well over 200$ for what? We booked the Club Room...dont be fooled by that...Its litarally a joke. Its a tiny room ...and they knew well in advance we booked for 4 ppl. this price includes your toast for breakfast and some chips for a snack thats what your
Club House room consists of. the kicker...they tell you ..theres no fee for parking..if you have your parking ticket validated...however..its added to your bill at checkout. You have to register to be a member of some rediculous club to enter the room where they have toast for breakfast and chips for lunch. they couldnt even keep up with the coffee consumption at breakfast..had to wait on that. No coffee in the lounge area although they had a giant tv. they did have free cider but it was empty. they have a starbucks and TGI fridays on site but they close early. Its very unfortunate we paid so much for the club house...and there was a coffee room on our floor that was locked unless you paid extra to get into. I found that to be totally segregating. On a brighter note. the room was especially clean...the beds were comfy...but not much else going for this motel other than its directly across from the casino. It was my daughters Bday and we thought the Club House room would be special considering the price...but we were totally fooled.

Room Tip: Pick a different place to lay your hat.

We had a good time and thought the NF NY Sheraton was a good value for our get away. The SPG experience was VERY MUCH appreciated! We plan on staying again after this stay's positive experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

This is a great hotel. Overall, the facility is pretty nice and the renovations have made the place more modern and fresher. The staff are all very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the TGI Friday's restaurant staff. Rooms are very nice and well setup and arranged. You can see over into Canada from some of the room windows. Walking distance close to Goat Island (quarter mile or so) and the Rainbow Bridge over to Cananda. For Starwood Preferred Members there is a concierge room right off the elevators on the 6th floor with free snacks, water/soda and a light breakfast. Great quality and bang for your buck here at approx. $95/night.

Would definitely stay again, primarily due to the great customer service and friendliness of the hotel staff, which as we all probably know, doesn't happen everywhere.

I was in this hotel in July and this was my second trip to the same hotel. I loved this hotel not only for its location but the service as well. The restaurant downstairs have amazing staff, very friendly. The only thing I didn't like this time was the smell from the pillows. I stayed for 2 nights and there was this very stale smell from the pillow, like as if it wasn't cleaned in ages, like how it smells with sweat n all.. I didn't use the pillow entire stay.. but still I will continue to vouch for their amazing front desk team and concierge service..just brilliant!

The hotel is a short walking distance from niagara falls; there are no falls view rooms though. Room was neat and comfortable. The shower area is good although not very spacious. The highlight for me was the super friendly and helpful staff. I'll definitely stay here again.
