My husband and I spent the night here on Jan 11th,2020. The hotel was remodeled and looked amazing. The gentleman who booked our room and checked us in was Jason who was so kind. There was free breakfast the next morning and everything was so good and fresh. There was a buffet of food. We def would be returning next time we go to Niagara Falls.

Hotel was great but my vehicle and 2 others were broken into in the parking lot. Windows were smashed out and items were stolen. Hotel has a small fence around the parking lot but the police say the criminals just climb over like nothing. Seriously dont park here if you stay here

My husband and myself had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The staff members all of them were so kind and sweet. The bedroom was so nice and clean. The breakfast was so delicious and great selections. We would def like to stay here in the future.

We made our reservations 2 months in advance. Our preference were for a handicap room. When we arrived we where told that none where available and that we had 2 choices, take the room or we could look for another hotel. It was about 8pm. We are seniors with several medical issues. The desk clerk wasn't very nice and rude. The clerk did suggest after much negative jestors (discussion), that perhaps there would be something available tomorrow. We ask to speak to his manager and where told that none were on duty .

Room tip: Very few amenities. Forget preferences, requests not honored even for H.H member. Book the room choice/not price you want,

The pool was ice cold---not useable---overall it wasn't a bad stay---the front desk was very helpful---we could check in a little earlier because room was ready--parking was great----everything was pretty clean
