Hotel is clean and very comfortable beds!!! Complimentary breakfast is very good. The hotel has a nice exercise room and indoor pool and jacuzzie. Location is good with access to many areas. Free internet and parking for guests.

I was lost and the front desk attendant(Andrew) was very helpful with giving us directions. The hotel room was VERY CLEAN!!! The sheets smelled and looked clean and the best part of the stay was the BED!!! The bed was very comfortable, I haven't slept that good in a long time. Thanks Hampton!!!! I felt the staff at this hotel, really took the time to make sure we felt like a guest. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Also I plan to always stay at the hotel when in town.

We stayed in late January, between snow storms and lake effect winter issues. The streets were barren and the hotel was virtually empty of patrons, with only a few cars in the parking lot this time of year. The accommodations are as you would expect of a HI and very comfortable. We elected to order pizza in instead of searching for a restaurant that was open. I'm disappointed in the cost of this hotel, with similar accommodations in Canada at less than half the price.

A nice stay at the Hampton Inn. We were going to Senneca Casino for a concert and the location was perfect-walking distance. Free parking, quiet clean rooms and good complimentary breakfast and wi-fi. Good value, staff friendly. Lobby freezing cold due to being placed right beside main sliding doors, haha. Recommend the hotel for being basic, clean and modern.

I stayed at the Hampton in during a 3 day charity event called the 48hrs of Tristate. We only spent 1 night in Niagara Falls, but it was a good stay. Even though it was the middle of January and very cold, the lobby was quite warm and inviting. The desk staff were very friendly and made us all feel welcome. The room was nicely appointed and spacious. The bathroom was modern and clean. The hotel doesn't feel anymore than a few years old. The breakfast in the morning had an array of choices from oatmeal to waffles. Everyone on staff that I encountered (I apologize for not remembering any of their names) had a smile on their face and was very polite. I would have loved to stay longer and enjoy the sights of Niagara Falls, but our group moved out first thing in the morning. I hope to return in the future, maybe in the summer when it's warmer.

For the money that I paid for the room for two nights I think it was not a great deal as the water from persons taking baths would wake us up! As it sounded as the water drained in the walls. If I know you had a 100% G, as to the room I would have asked for my money back. not a geart time for my wife and I would not come back to this Hampton. I have been to other Hamptons and could get a good night sleep but not at this one. Got the room with the large bed and hot tub and asked for the 4th floor to see out the window what I got was the dumpsters to look at! From pics on line the pool was to have a slide that was not at the pool my wife was not happy. I think we should get something back as this was a geat away for us and it did not meet what we were looking for from your web page it was miss leading.
