Have stayed in many Hampton in and this by far was the worst ever... Seedy neighborhood .. did not warrant the high price of 200.00 a night. when it was not close to anything. Breakfast was cold rubber eggs with something that they called sausage that was nasty. The halls and room had stains every where on carpets.... I went to climb into bed after long busy fun day and there is a big stain on the sheets... eeeeeeeu!!! Will never stay there again.. the only good thing about it was the people that worked there were great and friendly.. not there fault the cooperation they work for cant keep things up to Hampton standards

This Hampton Inn is located in a great area! The buses (WeGo) has a stop right outside in front of the hotel. One of the main attractions (White Water Walk) is also located directly across from the hotel. The staff there is helpful and knows a lot about the area attractions. If you don't want to pay an arm and a leg to stay directly across from the falls, this is the place to be. Right down the road and worth the money.

Excellent service. A bit pricey. Very busy weekend. Breakfast room very crowded but variety and quantity of food was very good. Duvet cover worn on bed. Room was ready upon arrival. Information desk staffed, provided information on tours, locations, etc

4 of us here in Niagara Falls for vacation. Found this hotel on line and through tripadvisor. The location was good for us......5 blocks from the Falls which also put is 'away' from all the tourist 'crap' in town. Meaning: the 'official' souvenir shops, which are too plentiful, and other kitchy-katchy stuff.
Left our car here at the hotel and walked to all the attractions. Casino is very close also. Hotel staff was very helpful, especially when there were rambunctious teenagers (and I'm being polite) at the pool.
Liked the idea of a refrigerator and microwave in the room. And of course the free breakfast was wonderful. Overall great stay!

This was our second time staying at this Hampton Inn in Niagara Falls in the last five years. The main reason is proximity to Villellas Italian Restaurant, inside the Super 8 Motel just down the road. We are not interested in the Falls or the smoky casino, or the kitschy shops. This Hampton is quite a busy place and it is pricier than most other Hampton Inns because of its popularity. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was quite good as we both enjoyed our sleep. The breakfast room in the morning was crowded and quite noisy. We're not fans of the granulated scrambled eggs or the maple sausage and neither of us eat bread, cereal or waffles so breakfast was a bust. The parking lot is now paved and it is fairly secure at night with plenty of lighting.

Listen, the Hampton Brand, if you know it, is good on its own. This hotel was no exception. What's really important for a family or business traveler is a clean room and a convenient breakfast - with options. I've stayed at Hamptons across the country, this one was as I would expect. The breakfast staff, though, way above average - super friendly, very professional and served up plenty of grub. They had hot beverages available all day and were all around great.

This hotel was clean and nice and appeared new. The best part was the clean and comfortable beds--they even change the duvet covers every day. Even the pillows were comfortable. It was a little pricey but well worth it. Niagara Falls NY is kind of a depressed area but inside the hotel I felt safe and even the parking lot felt safe and new.
