A very nice and apparently new hotel . Beautiful lobby. large rooms and spacious Bathroom. Amenities typical( and slightly better than average for Fairfield inn. Friendly staff. Free parking. Many restaurants within walking distance.

Recently enjoyed this Fairfield Inn, as it is within walking distance to the falls, very clean, comfortable, and inclusive of breakfast and wifi. This is a great value, and I would definitely stay here again!

Check in was quick, took less than 5 minutes. The room was on the fourth floor and was nice and new. We had nice view of the Lake to the back of the building. Breakfast was terrific! We would definitely be back!

Fairfield inn and suites was clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast was very good. I would have rated Fairfield inn and suites a 5 our room was very clean but had a odor as if it hadn't been used for awhile needed to be aired out!! Front Desk did give us some room spray which helped a bit!!! Overall our stay was fine!!

Arrived early morning to buffalo. Had requested early checkin at 11am, 99% of the time this is not a problem for platinum members. Front desk tells me the hotel was sold out the night before and the housekeeping is not available all the time.??? Their excuse was that they are a small hotel. It was 11 am and asked her when it would be available, her reply was, "i dont know, whenever it becomes available." Im fine with the room not being available but atleast act like you care and act like you would be doing something to expedite the process. It is not a well managed hotel. There is a courtyard across the street, pay couple bucks extra and go there.
