My family and I stayed here for a quick overnight. The room was great, the hotel was clean and practically new. The staff wonderful. Breakfast was excellent and included. The distance to the falls is a bit far though. We walked it during the day, but felt more comfortable to use the car in the evening hours.

We are glad that you enjoyed your trip and stay at our new Fairfield Inn & Suites. When you arrive, ask our front desk associates about trolley services that can get you in and around the downtown area. A couple trolleys are free to ride for visitors and the Metro Trolley that extends out to major shopping is just $2 per rider each way. As a hotel guest, ask for a Trolley pass, that will save you $2 per rider.

Had been there on a weekend with my extended family....
Not so far from Buffalo airport, reached after 20 min drive. Excellent room, clean and neat.... Very good complementary breakfast available to 9.30am, 24x7 coffee station.... walkable distance to state park, where you could see both maid of mist and cave of wind tours : otherwise you can take the care, drive for .9 mile, done for another .5 Mike to find parking, pay 20$ for the whole day.... Choice is yours
Plenty of restaurant near by, they also offering door delivery, Italian , Mexican, Indian, Pakistani, Chinese, you find it all....

One suggestion for the hotel is too keep the food till 9.30 am, meaning do refill till 9.30, this helps lazy guys like me.... Stopped refill starting 9.10 itself.....
Overall, excellent peaceful stay with awesome breakfast..... Recommended for family that too with kids...

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on our new Fairfield Inn & Suites in downtown Niagara Falls, NY. Our breakfast ambassadors make certain that all of our guests have had a chance to enjoy breakfast before venturing out for the day. Not only does our downtown area have attractions and restaurants but hiking trails and jogging paths, right along with upper Niagara river or along the lower river gorge!

Very nice hotel, seemed fairly new. We sort of accidentally booked this thinking it was on Canada side but it's not. :) It turned out very good though, we walked to the US side of the falls for the Maid of the Mist tour, and walked to a local Indian Restaurant called Zaika (if you like Indian go here!). It's a short drive to the outlets or Lewiston which is a super fun town! We also headed to Niagara on the lake about 40 min away in Canada for some good food! Overall a clean, friendly place to have as home base. The poor town area right around is a little lacking in luster.

Considering this property was only three months, what's not to like. We had a lovely comfortable room. It is located across the street from the Seneca Casino, which we went to. The staff was very friendly. We had booked a Greyline tour at a visitor's center off the interstate. We were picked up at our hotel and returned their as well. You can, however, book it from the hotel as well. This location is very convenient to all local area attractions, and getting around town is very easy. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling here. Much better than the Canadian side and not as crazy with all the tourists.

First class property with friendly and professional staff. Casey and Pearson at front desk were great to work with. Great complimentary breakfast. New property within walking distance of falls. Rooms were quiet and beds comfortable.

Thank you for mentioning two of our great guest service associates! Our staff take the time to make the most of our guest's experiences. Our rooms are quiet! In fact, our property was built with extra insulation between rooms and floors along with high quality windows, to keep the outside noise minimal.
