The room was freezing cold when we got there. Cobwebs ran from the light fixtures to the walls. Dead bugs in the bathtub. We even picked up pills behind the bathroom door. Do YOU think it was cleaned properly?

Just stayed at this hotel for Black Friday Shopping...two nights in discomfort. First night we had one of worst hotel rooms I have ever slept in...mattresses were hard and lumpy..looked under the sheets and the mattress label looked like it was 30 years old. Old bedding, nasty flat pillows, old decor, nasty bathroom..no hot water...just bad...don't stay there! There are some newer hotels on the strip that are replacing old motels...looks like they are knocking down the old outdated places and whipping up new Motel 6's and the like...go to one of them instead..if you have to spend a few bucks more it will be so worth it. Just don't bother with this place!

At check in we were not greeted very nicely. We asked about the hot tub and were advised there was no hot tub, only in the suites (specific rooms). The website advertises a hot tub on property so we were disappointed that there wasn't one for general use. The outdoor pool has grass and weeds growing on top of the pool cover, so I guess the pool doesn't work. The room was dirty, smelly and there are dead flies all over. The fridge wouldn't get cold, rooms were advertised with a microwave but again this was falsely advertised to make the place look good. The washroom had no counter space and hooks for towels. Tv's still have hamsters running on a wheel to make power cause they are sooo old. The breakfast consists of cereal, muffins, coffee, juice and a very protective staff person watching you eat and how much you eat. The owner would come around and talk to "specific" people and treat them alot nicer. You need a key to access the ice machine. Wouldn't reccomend this hotel for your shopping trip States side.

Room Tip: Run far away, dont stop running until you find a better hotel.
