Staying at the Red Coach Inn was a complete departure from the traditional and an absolute delight!
Tom Reese and his staff have thought of just about everything that their guests could possibly need or want - all for just slightly more than the cost of accommodations in the typical "chain" hotel.
Our suite of two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, and a living/dining room with a working gas fireplace was decorated with wonderful heirloom furnishings and the refrigerator was restocked daily (at no extra cost).
You can't stay any closer to the Falls - our livingroom window overlooked the rapids and one evening we were even treated to a fireworks display. All of the attractions- the Falls, Maid of the Mist, Goat Island - are a short stroll away, as is the Rainbow Bridge to Canada.
Also well worth mentioning is the wonderful Red Coach Inn Restaurant with food to die for and excellent service.
It's worth a trip to Niagara Falls just to stay at this little gem of an inn!

This was our second time at the Red Coach Inn, the first time being in February. We stayed in a Suite the first visit and a single room the second time. Both were exquisite. The staff were courteous, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were gorgeous!!! We have recommended it highly to our friends, and it will be the only place we stay when visiting the Niagara Region. It is more than a "hotel", it is like a home away from home.

My husband and I are fans of B&B's and have stayed in a number of very nice places in the past. I have to say that this was TRULY the very best that we have stayed at. Our room (The Victoria) was absolutely stunning and simply gorgeous! The room was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. We just could not get enough of the view of the rapids. Even listening to them was breathtaking.

We also were VERY pleased with all of the staff that we interacted with. Everyone was very helpful and willing to take care of our every need without complaint or comment.

We also ate in the dining room on the 3rd floor and were seated by the windows facing the rapids. The lighting on the rapids at night made them a site to see.

We cannot wait to go back to this fabulous place which is now number one on our favorite B&B's to visit.

My wife and I were on our honeymoon Sept 17-20, 2007 in Niagara Falls, NY and stayed at the Red Coach Inn, a AAA rated inn and restaurant. Our stay was very disturbing.
As soon as we arrived we were informed that the roof was being replaced during our stay (there was no call from the Inn concerning this repair before we checked in). Every morning of our stay we were interrupted by the workers on the roof, some guests complained about tar on their vehicles (the back parking lot was not roped off for equipment or dripping tar). After we checked in we noticed that our Canterbury suite was filthy and dusty. From the numerous spider webs on the valances to the flip-flop (YES flip-flop), used tissue and the metropolis of dusty bunnies under the master bed. Obvious house-keeping doesn't pride themselves on keep a clean house. During our stay my wife and I did not drop one glass in our kitchen area, but half way through our stay my wife stepped on a piece in the kitchen. When I went to the front desk to ask for some first aid supplies from their kitchen. I was given a handful of band-aids.

From the spider webs, to the roof, to the flip-flop, to the glass, we would not recommend this inn to anyone especially a couple going on their honeymoon. All in all we did receive some of our money back, two inn coffee mugs, a wine glass, and 2 large pieces of glass that were later surgically removed because of their deapth in my wife's foot, for what? The pleasure of sleeping with the city of Dusty Bunniesburg under our bed.
