“Great Stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 23, 2012

We just spent 2 nights at the RCI in their Lancashire Room. This is a room with a queen bed(very comfortable), sofa and large TV. The entire experience was a great one starting at check in and then having someone take us to our room and show us the main aspects of the room along with a small bottle of sparkling wine as well as a fruit & cheese plate right through breakfast (included with the room), free Wi-fi (all hotels should have this nowadays) and to our check out. The room was clean, spacious and very quiet. We will definietly go back. Thanks to everyone at The Red Coach Inn.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a newer TV (if you plan to spend any lenght in the room) and a newer jacuzzi.

The stay was great. We were greeted with chocolate, champagne and a fruit & cheese plate when we entered our room. The room was great with a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Everyone from the bartender to the manager was really helpful! The breakfast was 5 stars. And they gave us chocolate chip cookies for the road when we checked out.

Oh, and it's literally steps away for the Falls.

We stayed in the Adeline Suite and this was our first visit and we will be back again. The suite was so beautiful overlooking the falls, fireplace whilpool tub. So relaxing and the manager walked us to our room and showed us around and they even left a bottle of Champagne and cheese and crackers. The breakfast was wonderful and the wait staff was warm and welcoming. If you have not been you should go you will not be disappointed.

I took advantage of a Groupon deal offered on this hotel and it was our first visit. The room was nicely appointed and very clean. We stayed in the Windermere Suite. The restaurant has an old world charm and the food was very good and reasonably priced. The Red Coach Inn is an easy walk to the Casino and Niagara Falls. You could see the rapids from our window ;)
The staff was polite, attentive and we will definitely recommend this hotel to others. We hope to return in the Summer months. The one thing I will advise, some rooms require you to put your coat and shoes on to get to the dining room or checkout counter. But since it's an old place, this is to expected that it's not all inter connected like a typical hotel.

Room Tip: Some rooms (windermere, saxon) face the rapids but are on ground level with an outdoor patio that is...

The outside architecture is not mind blowing. The inside is old fashioned, but clean. Very nice service. The breakfast is slightly below average. Not cooked with love. The best part: It is right next to the Niagara Falls, so a great location.

Stayed in the London Room for my friends birthday. Very nice accomadations. Small bottle of champagne and a plate of grapes, cheese and crackers in the room. The staff was very attentive. One of the best places Niagara Falls, New York has to offer!

We usually stay on the Canadian side so this was interesting to be across the river. The view and the fireworks on a Friday night are really nice from this hotel, we didn't get a room over looking the river but got one of the rooms right off the parking lot - which we actually enjoyed for privacy and access to our vehicle. The hotel rooms really are excellent.. The dining room and pub section is really nice in the hotel and as it was just before Xmas was decorated really nice. The staff are friendly, the food is nice and the breakfast is really good. The area isn't great.. but it's fine from the hotel to the Casino - and the falls but that is about it.. Would be nice to visit in the warmer weather as the location is excellent right opposite the park.

Room Tip: If you prefer more privacy or one in your party smokes - then the cheaper rooms off the parking lot...
