Stayed at falls motel for second time last week on our trip to Niagara Falls.stopped at casino before we went to football game on Sunday.old style motel.very clean.friendly staff.great price.lot of bang for the buck.look forward to staying there next year

The owner was very nice and took the time explaining how to get from a to b.what would be the best.pointed out where to shop and eat.the room was very small but since we've only been there to sleep ok.shower was not as clean but ok.I guess I expected a "normal"breakfast but it was "only" a basket with muffins,bananas and something to drink. Would I recommend it?to be honest NO. Sorry.but as I said who only needs a place to sleep then you are at the right place.
I give the staff a 5+and the room a 1. The person who checked us in was friendly and very helpful-- providing tips on free parking near falls etc. and while I booked a room with one bed he provided a larger room so that my son and I didn't have to share a bed. the motel is very very dated. While the linens were clean they were probably 5+ years old. The vents were dirty and there were 2 bugs in the bathtub. A breakfast tray was provided which consisted of a muffin, juice box, banana and a bottle of water which was nice to have the night before as that we left at 6 am You get what you pay for and it worked fine for us as that we just wanted to make a quick stop to rest and see the falls.
First let me say that Charles the owner was great! I booked our 1 night stay After finding the motel on trip advisor. We only needed a place to sleep for a few hours after flying in at 2;30 AM. I called and spoke to Charles the day before we arrived to ask about check in at that hour. He assured me our room key would be waiting for us in the dropbox. We arrived at the motel at 3 AM and the key was right where he said it would be. The room was very clean. Charles had 2 bottles of water, juice, bannans and a muffin there for us which was a nice morning snack after traveling. in the morning (11am) we checked out and asked Charles about getting a cab to the border as we were traving to Canada. He offered to take us! On the way he gave us a tour of Goat Island and told us all about the area. What a treat! I cant say enough about the hospitality.
We stayed overnight at the Falls Motel and found it to be quote nice, and certainly convenient to the Falls. The only thing I would suggest would be for management to clean the room carpets and provide a bit more breakfast.
