My wife, niece and I were on a road trip through NY state. I found the Falls Motel on Tripadvisor. We were very pleased with the Falls Motel. Charles and his son Collin were very nice and accommodating. The room was small and older, but was large enough for the three of us and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the hotel is only about 7 or 8 minute drive to the falls and the Rainbow Bridge. The owner has a nice little breakfast basket for us each morning. If we are in the area again will will stay with Charles and Collin.

My wife, daughter and I stayed at the Falls Motel on June 24-25, 2016 while visiting Niagara Falls. The motel as everybody has already stated is managed/owned by an Australian Father and Son. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about the Niagara Falls attractions in and around the area. They explained everything to us and offered directions, times to see things etc,

The motel only has 12 units. Our room was older and small but clean and had a flat screen TV, a good mini-fridge and a great LG AC unit in the window. The AC would freeze you out if you wanted that. We slept good in the room. The room also had good WiFi.

They provided a breakfast basket each day which consisted of a newspaper, store bought muffins (chocolate chip, blueberry, banana nut) and juice boxes and water. We were even able to park our car 3 feet from our front door - 1960's style.

Overall, the Falls Motel was clean and safe and I recommend it if you are on a budget and don't need all the frills and price of a chain hotel.

Great location and great price for a Niagara Falls Visit. Niagara Falls just a very short drive and simple route away. Owner very friendly and helpful. Breakfast 'basket' a nice addition .It's a motel so parking directly in front of room.

My adult son and I stayed here on a visit to the Falls. The Motel is small and the outside reminded me of places my family stayed in the 1960s. We parked right outside our door. The room we stayed in reflected that era as well. The main differences would be the addition of a flat screen TV, a coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator. Though there were two beds (a double and a single), the room felt very cramped with little space for suitcases and no place to hang clothes. The AC was a window unit that seemed to work well. The bathroom was tiny and in need of some upgrade. I didn't use the shower...it didn't seem clean to me. Wifi, though free, was slow, particularly in the evening when other guests were using it, and would not accommodate streaming video (something my college-aged son would have enjoyed). I slept okay, but was glad I had only two nights there. As mentioned in other reviews, the owners were friendly, and I am sure would have gone out of their way to help us. If you want to go back in time, experiencing what many of us experienced back in the 1960's when staying at a motel, this is the place for you. However, if you want more updated modern amenities, look elsewhere.

Room tip: Parking is tight, so if you have a large vehicle, check with the owners about the best place to park.

I had an emergency which held me up from getting to this motel at a reasonable hour for checkin. While I was driving i got a call from charles inquiring an estimated time for my arrival. He was very polite and attentive to my needs as a late arrival. This is the motel that I will definitely stay here every time I visit niagra falls.
