My adult son and I stayed here on a visit to the Falls. The Motel is small and the outside reminded me of places my family stayed in the 1960s. We parked right outside our door. The room we stayed in reflected that era as well. The main differences would be the addition of a flat screen TV, a coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator. Though there were two beds (a double and a single), the room felt very cramped with little space for suitcases and no place to hang clothes. The AC was a window unit that seemed to work well. The bathroom was tiny and in need of some upgrade. I didn't use the shower...it didn't seem clean to me. Wifi, though free, was slow, particularly in the evening when other guests were using it, and would not accommodate streaming video (something my college-aged son would have enjoyed). I slept okay, but was glad I had only two nights there. As mentioned in other reviews, the owners were friendly, and I am sure would have gone out of their way to help us. If you want to go back in time, experiencing what many of us experienced back in the 1960's when staying at a motel, this is the place for you. However, if you want more updated modern amenities, look elsewhere.

Room tip: Parking is tight, so if you have a large vehicle, check with the owners about the best place to park.

I had an emergency which held me up from getting to this motel at a reasonable hour for checkin. While I was driving i got a call from charles inquiring an estimated time for my arrival. He was very polite and attentive to my needs as a late arrival. This is the motel that I will definitely stay here every time I visit niagra falls.

My wife and I booked this room before leaving the UK as it was perfectly situated between the Amtrak railway station and Niagara Falls. Both the room and the staff exceeded all expectations which were already very positive. We were met by Charles upon arrival who generously explained everything about the room and the Falls which we were due to visit the following day. He even dropped us off the following morning at the nearby mall to do a bit of shopping and grab a bite to eat before we took the bus to Niagara Falls. We only spent two nights here but it was by far and away one of our favourite stays of any hotel. A big thank you from us!

Single night stop over to visit the falls, managed to get here via public transport - which was interesting - but once we arrived the staff were helpful and friendly, and gave us all the info we needed, they even drove us to the falls the next day (seen as we were otherwise going to rely on the buses again!)
The room was basic but everything we needed was provided, including a nice little breakfast hamper. A little chilly in October, but extra blankets were already provided and beds were comfortable. Would come again.
