Best Western Summit Inn

My husband and I stayed at BW Inn for 2 nights March 10 and 11 2010. The desk clerks were very friendly and informative. They gave us a very quiet room which we requested. It was rather small but provided everything we needed. The air/heat conditioner was very quiet, the tv was good with many stations, beds were comfortable, clean carpet, and the bathroom was spotless with good shower and many clean white towels. This area is close to Discount Mall, Walmart and the Dollar Tree{great store}.It took us 10 minutes to get to the Casino which is big with lots of choices for machines, including free drinks and allows smoking. Will certainly stay at the Summit again --perfect for all ages with swimming pool and Fitness room. The price is right too. GO and ENJOY!

Our room smelled. In general the standard was very low in this hotel. Conveniently close to the Niagara Falls however.

No automatic entrance doors....would be very difficult for the elderly or disabled to enter hotel, my husband and I or neither elderly or disabled and found it difficult getting in with luggage and trying to hold the doors open
Be prepared for the planes as you are close to the Niagara Falls Airport.....best part of the breakfast was the waffles...it was organized caos in the breakfast room, not enough tables/chairs for all coming in for breakfast...bathroom sink did not drain properly.
Overall room was clean, not bad for the price and a one night stay

We stayed here on June 19, 2009 at the rate of $89.99. I was a little nervous at first after reading some of the reviews but this hotel seemed the best in our price range. I am glad we stayed here. It is a 2 story hotel with no elevator. The staff was very friendly; even greeting me as we passed in the hallway. The room was average size. Very comfortable double beds with nice linens. The tv had a lot of channels. The sink was on the outside of the bathroom which makes it very convenient when getting ready in the morning. The shower curtain curves out at an angle giving you plenty of room while taking a shower. The shower head had the adjustable massage settings. The shower walls and tub were sparkling clean; looked new. Coffee pot, iron and hair dryer in the room. The indoor pool was nice; very warm. Big sauna. I did not use the fitness center but it is set up like "Curves". It did look nice and they also had treadmills. Continental breakfast was good. They had make your own waffles, toast, english muffins, danishes, muffins, cereals, hard boiled eggs, bananas, juices, coffee and tea. I went down for breakfast about a half hour or less before it ended and they were still replenishing foods and cleaning tables. A nonsmoking hotel. Lots of parking spaces. Maybe 15 minutes to the falls. I would stay there again.

I stayed at the Summit inn on the may 8th weekend along with 2 friends as we
were shopping for the weekend, the hotel staff was nice and accomodating to our needs, even let us use their microwave. Clean rooms and good staff, the breakfast
was fine for being a continental, the only thing it would be nice if the fitness centre
and pool were open til 10pm . We defenitely plan to stay there again.
