“Very Disappointed”

We booked a non-smoking king room for one night. There is really no parking. We parked in a rutted field behind the hotel. The non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes and the comforter was burned. The price should have been by the hour and shouldn't have been more than $50 for the entire night! It seems the best hotels are actually on the Canada side. They have the view of the falls.

Room Tip: Do not book here. If there is nothing else, do not take the first floor since it is actually the bas...

Do not book! Pictures are deceiving. You arrive to find a garbage filled dirt parking in the back. Go to the front to see the dirty windows. Just the start. Walk in and find a dusty dirty check in desk. Enter the hall and be greeted with a horrible smell & stained carpets. Then you get to the room. More stained carpets and walls. Paint peeling on ceiling. We brought in an air freshener to try and tame the smell. Family almost in tears at the thought of staying there. Maid cleaning rooms in hall with her music playing away. We stayed away from the motel until we were ready for bed but forget walking to the falls. Not a very pleasant neighborhood and not comfortable walking family through. Paid for parking 1/2 mile away where it felt safer. Once we did go to bed we were greeted with loud creaking floors and bangs until 2am. Then it started all over again at 6am. Couldn't get out of there fast enough the next morning!! Do not even consider.

Room Tip: Don't stay here

The only comfort is there is no bed bugs. It is actually a super 8 motel but somehow changed their name. But their keys and stuff in room still saying super 8. Looks not dirty but have a smell. The breakfast it horrible!

Room Tip: I don't if you need to tip the guy in front desk so he can give you a room which is not under th...

I am going to give an honest review of this place. This place was part of a "package" that my family purchased. When we arrived and looked at the exterior I was like OMG what have we done. But we were committed so we checked in. This place is in need of a deep cleaning as far as the floors and carpets. They appear to be years old and years since cleaned last. The room we were given at first look was ok. I immediately checked bug critters in the bed and luckily did NOT find any. So I went to the bathroom and when I looked in the tub it looked as if someone had shaved all their body hair and left it in the tub. I immediately went to the desk and informed them. The desk person did apologize. We were given another room that was clean and well We stayed there for 3 nights. DO NOT get first floor because all cars headlight will be at window level. First floor is actually basement. I stayed but if given the option I would not stay again. Never thought I would pray for a motel 6 but none in that area. lol

Room Tip: Do not get 1st floor if you stay.

We were awakened at 2:00 PM by the loudest fight ever between
a man and woman in the room over us. We called the front desk to
complain about the swearing and noise, and we were told he'd take care
of it. Nothing happened, we kept hoping they'd go to sleep soon?
After another hour or so of noise we called the front desk again. We
were told they didn't think they were making much noise, and we're
going to be quieter. Finally, my wife had her fill of swearing, yelling
and noise and went to the front desk in person. He said that he was
going to throw them out. They finally left around 6;30AM
Meanwhile after we got up they discovered that 5 or 6 cars parked
behind the hotel had their windows smashed. The hotel
said to them call your insurance company yourselves.

Very good place for overnight to see the Niagara Falls. Very friendly personal.
Avoid ground floor, the feeling is you are locked in cellar. The room is wide. Don’t forget to take your breakfast in time))) 2 minutes after its end and everything will be cleaned.

Room Tip: Avoid ground floor, the feeling is you are locked in cellar.

To start the staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The gentleman behind the desk even took the time to explain a couple of things and directions!! A quality you dont find at many hotels these days. Even made us laugh while checking us in.

Secondly the room was very clean and smelled nice. The tv was a little outdated but at least it worked. Just a short 15 min walk to the falls and 5 minutes from the casino. I browsed around at other hotel prices in the area and wow!!!!

If you are looking for a friendly place to stay that is reasonably priced and conveniently located I HIGHLY recommend the Waldorf Niagara!!!!
