We stayed at this hotel on a Saturday night and were awakened at 12:20 am by a party going on in the room beside us. We called the front desk to complain about the noise and he said he would take care of the problem. At 12:45am there was no change, the noise of loud conversation, people going in and out of the room, people knocking on the door and banging on the walls kept on going on. We called the front desk again, and again he said he would take care of the problem. again there was no fix to the problem. At 1:15 am we went to the front desk and complained about the noise again in person. The front desk clerk (who looked like had just woke up himself) said there was nothing he could do about it.

We then asked for a refund, as we thought it would be better to drive home to Toronto at 1:30 in the morning, than not get any sleep at this dump. He said he could not give us a refund, that we would have to call Mr Ricky Patel his manager the next day. When we call Mr Ricky Patel the next day he said he would not give us a refund because we did not give the clerk enough notices about the noise. We called the front desk clerk three times in 90 minutes and this is not enough notice! I asked Mr Ricky Patel (The self proclaimed owner of the hotel) how many times we have to call to complain and he said three times. We did contact front desk three times and nothing was done. Mr ricky patel again said he would not refund our money.

A good hotel would have been very apologetiic and given a refund. If Mr Ricky Patel is the owner of this hotel, he obviously doesn't care about the concerns of his guests. There were five large pizza boxes outside of the next door room and garbage bags with empty bottles outside. There were at least twenty people in that room and they kept on coming and going, in and out for the whole time, knocking on the door, slamming the door, baning on the walls and yelling in the room.

This hotel has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The rooms are old and outdated, they were musty and smelled of curry. Stay away from this hotel if you like a quiet relaxing night. the walls are paper thin and cars are parked right outdie your room door.

Rated as #4 in Niagara Falls. I wasn't expecting the Ritz but all I cared about was cleanliness. The room I stayed in reeked!!!! Do not stay here, it is filthy!!!!!

A little farther out from the falls. Includes breakfast microwave and fridge and free parking.

Doors were razor thin, you can practically hear everyone walking on the floor, and people were doing so all times of the night.

There are no elevators !!! and we had to lug along our luggage to the second floor.

A safe place, but not worth the pains and the cost.

Overall, a decent stay at the Days Inn. We stayed for two nights as we shopped over the Thanksgiving weekend and it served us well for our purposes.

THE GOOD
The price was good. The hotel was nice looking compared to others in the area (got a little worried driving to find the hotel looking at the others!). Big room and nice sized washroom. Lots of pillows too.

THE BAD
Thin walls made it very easy to hear everything going on in the next room. Our neighbour had a movie blarring at 5am which woke us up. Called the front desk and they said they would speak to the person. Not sure if they did or not, but the loud TV continued for hours. Other than that, the breakfast was a little disappointing. I read there were waffles, etc. but only found cereal, toast and fruit. The breakfast area was very small, with only 4 or 5 tables which were full both mornings we were there.
While the rooms were nice enough and did the job, I was surprised to read they were new. They looked a little dated, but nothing major.

Excellent 4 day stay at this Days Inn and Suites. Stayed in the 2 queen bedroom and jacuzzi suite. Both were clean, with modern furniture and spacious! Everything was in working order. Jacuzzi was awesome! Friendly staff and housekeeping. Breakfast was hot & cold , had everything one would need, hot/cold cereal, juice, different breads, waffles, deserts and fruits too! What a great find, close to the Premium Outlets (less than 10 minute drive) . HIghly recommend this place as most motels in the area received bad comments . We were more than satisfied! STAY HERE!!

Hotel was nice for the price. We were visiting Niagara University, which was 5 minutes away. Room was clean and the price was right, compared to the rates for other hotels in the area. Yes, the breakfast room was small, but it was adequate. The parking lot is also small, but you'll find a space. I went on Trip Advisor to check on other hotels in the Niagara Falls area before our trip, and when I saw the reviews for this hotel, it was the only one where no one had anything really bad to say. So we tried it, and glad we did our homework.

The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant. The breakfast was a little lacking however. The beds were a little hard. We could hear our neighbors (I have no clue what they were doing) throughout the night. If you plan to head to the hotel late, be prepared to hunt for a parking space as the lot is small.
