“It's simply awesome!”

We were well provided with ponchos and sandals to ensure that we are equipped to walk the boardwalk.

It's a total new world to view the Falls from the top and bottom!

If you are at Niagara falls and don't do this you are missing out. One of the coolest experience's I have ever had. seeing the raw power of all that water is amazing.

“lovely view”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 21, 2012

It is a lovely place to view the falls. However, 2 nights ago during a severe wind storm many large boulders fell upon this basically taking it out of commission until next year when affects can ba completed. Fortunately it occurred after closing hours and no on was hurt.

“Not 100% wheelchair accessible”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 20, 2012

You get yellow plastic raincoats and slippers (which you can keep as a souvenir) and you get down the elevator and through the cave. On the way to the deck you can make good pictures of the river, the falls and the Canadian side from a lower vantage point, close to the water, which is nice. Then you get to the decks which are close to a branch of the American waterfall. You get to feel the spray from the waterfall and see it from below. You can climb up to the Hurricane Deck, where the water falls much closer to you and you get extremely wet.
Too bad the observation decks are not handicapped accessible - only the path to them is (and if I'm not mistaken, you do need a hand there because at parts it is steep), and then you have many stairs to the different levels of the decks. Hurts your experience as a handicapped person, as you can only watch all others able to run to the different decks. And they charge you for a full ticket price...

This is a great attraction. We both loved it. The views are fantastic. Many photo ops are available.
