“Great Casino”

I really like this casino. Which is actually kind of like 3 casinos rolled into one-main, non-smoking and the room closer to the hotel check-in. Staff is great and they have very competitive room rates. They rooms are fantastic

Smoking is allowed all throughout the Casino. Hate that fact. It's just a regular casino. Not a whole lot to say about it

The cost is a little high compared to the Canadian FallsView but the food is excellent and a few more choices at this location.

“Inattentive staff, terrible pool/spa area, dirty”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 20, 2013

This is not the first time we stayed, but will be the last time. My wife and I went and stayed a night for her birthday back in Nov 2012...which turned out to be a terrible trip and a waste of money. When we went to the pool, there was an obnoxious family there using the rescue devices as toys. Apparently, their parents didn't care about that or the fact they were breaking new noise records. Now we don't usually mind kids here and there, but this is a four diamond resort. This was over the top and hotel management didn't do anything about it. This should never be allowed to happen at a resort of this level. The buffet was closed even though we specifically asked what time they closed. We ended up taking a drive to another restaurant in Niagara Falls, USA which ended up being the highlight of our trip. The casino was dirty with garbage in between the slots. The players card trackers didn't work, so there was no way for them to track us to comp us anything. Drink service is so slow, it's not even worth waiting for it. Apparently, even as a resort guest you can't even bring in a can of beer to the casino floor and as a said, drink service is so scarce it almost forces you to buy overpriced drinks at the bar. We wrote a letter about our experience to the hotel manager and never heard back, which means they don't give a crap. We will never gamble or stay at a Seneca Gaming Corp property again. Thanks for a waste of a trip!
