First let me say Tom is great! He is the only reason I'm giving this a 2 star rating. Friendly, funny and he remembered everyone's names. Beyond that I didn't think it was that great a deal. We stopped at the Bob Evans for lunch and decided to go check out the tourist info center. It is NOT a tourist info center, it is a tourist TRAP. There were no brochures for any of the other discounts offered only the attractions at the Falls. The lady said when you're done looking come over here so we stupidly did. She was a slick salesman and never having been to Niagra Falls we were dumb enough to fall for her spin. She made it sound like we were going to see a LOT of different sites, and why drive all over when we can take you, when most of them were right at the park at the falls or on Goat island. We were driven by very uninteresting water intakes and had lunch at a street vendor. No other options were given for lunch. We decided to go to see the falls the evening before our tour and immediately upon arrival was sick to my stomach seeing a sign that everything we wanted to do and more was available for $45 each and $37 for our son including the Trolley to get us around after we paid $285 for the tour. If you are reading this and have never been to the Falls do NOT stop at the Tourist Info centers. Go to the falls, pay $10 to park then get your $45 pass to the Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds and it includes tickets to the Aquarium and use the Trolley for the day. If I could dispute at least part of the charges I would. It was $99.95/adult and $59.95 for children and a $25 service fee. I will not be suckered in ever again. And if I can keep even 1 person from doing what we did then good! Also it's recommended giving the driver 15% gratuity. If the bus is at capacity then the company makes $2,500 a bus load, you need to pay your driver's better if they rely on tips.

We were treated to Larry Soos as our tour guide and had a wonderful day with a bus full of strangers that Larry stitched us together as a temporary family for the day. We felt connected and Larry connected us all to Niagra Falls and the historical events and important personalities that were instrumental in this great countries advancement. We felt the tour was a great value and took all the stress out of parking and finding our way around and all for one price! Larry also picked us up and brought us back to our motel/RV lodging location. We went in the beginning of October and had no waiting or lines for anything and the fall colors were just starting up. Do yourself a favor and do Larry's Legends tour with Grayline tours!

Best way to see the attractions at Niagara Falls. Picked us up at the hotel and drove us to lots of the locations and tours. Tom was fantastic. Great narrative. Very entertaining.
Was nice to not have to find attractions, park, stand in line for tickets, and figure out what to do next. Would definitely recommend.

What a way to view the Niagara Falls with Tom's Team! The tour, professionalism and knowledge that was shared with us made this a memorable adventure. Tom made sure we were all satisfied and looked after those with Special Needs. We recommend Tom's Team and Gray Line to all travelers coming to Niagara Falls State Park 5
stars.
