I want to thank Gloria (Gray Line Niagara Falls desk located at Days Inn) for all the great suggestions she gave every day. I enjoyed each and every one of them and all exceeded my expectations. Gloria suggested the Niagara USA tour; it was fabulous. Five hours of fun since it was Sunday and included a fireworks show over the falls. Gloria recommended botanical gardens, restaurants, sightseeing, gave great directions. We talked with Gloria each day and her assistance made our vacation and stay in Niagara exceptional. Gloria was always friendly and had a genuine smile. Catharine from Virginia

One our recent trip to Niagara Falls we had the good fortune of stopping by the Gray Line Tour Info Center. We took a tour on the American side and then a night tour of the Canadian side. Both were well worth the cost for our family of 4. We walked right in to all of the attractions and had plenty of time to look around. We learned stories and history we wouldn't have know otherwise. Mike Heigel gave us great advice and service. Our tour guides Frank and Amanda were knowledgeable about all of the sights. We also met great people on our tour from all over. Definitely worth the price if you want to see it all.

on our recent Niagara falls trip we met Mike Heigel a trip advisor at a tourist information sit Not only did we enjoy the tour he helped us book but we visited several times and helped us with many items from restaurants to jet boats souvenir shops and even find remote stores in out of he way places like the sears store. Mike was a real pleasure to deal with and would always whip out a map or easily explain how to or where to go. It is people like this that help make vacations great and as a company employees like Mike help make companies strong. Thanks again to Grayline and we will strongly pass this info to all of our friends.

We completed the USA part of the trip.. The tour was highly highly highly overpriced.
Only 2 attractions need tickets:
Cave of the winds: $11
Maid of the mist :$16.5 (includes observation deck)
If you are a group of 2, you can add $10 per head for parking costs at both the locations.
That makes it $37.5.
The tour is priced at $94 (10% less if booked online).
So basically, you end up paying ~$60 per head to the tour company for information which is available freely on Wikipedia/google..

Tour guide frank (with 24 years experience) was ordinary to say the least..

Traveller should read ahead of the tour on wiki/google
- history of Niagara Falls
- geology of the falls
- electricity of the falls
- stunts performed at niagara

And simply go to the niagara falls location and buy tickets to (lines are manageable even though may appear long)
-Cave of the wind
- maid of the mist
-whirlpool (free parking and free visit)

Enjoy the evening lights and come back happy with $60 more in your pocket per person rather than wasting it on this tour..

Pls avoid this rip off.. If you are keen to make a donation-- pls make it to charity rather than to this rip off and highly highly overpriced tour..
