“Excellent tour and price”
Reviewed October 20, 2013

We just walked into the store and met the people talking about the tour. It was about $20 cheaper than other tours and so we decided to go with it. Carlos did a great job and we had a nice small group.

“Great day!”
Reviewed September 27, 2013

The trip was well worth the $65.00 and our tour guide, Carlos, was awesome! We had four hours worth of history and tour of the all aspects of the Niagara Falls including a boat ride into the falls. Great day!

“Good enough tour”
Reviewed September 24, 2013

We did the last tour of the day, the illumination tour.

The good, our tour guide "Cliff" was informative, friendly, professional and very patient. We got to go to the must do main attractions, Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds, Gorge Park, Goat Island and the overlook to see the illuminated falls at night.

The bad, some of the other people on the tour (foreigners) who were extremely inconsiderate. A group who signed up late then took their time making it onto the bus so we got a late start, the same bunch who we had to wait for at every stop to come back to the bus and held us up some more, 2 other foreigners who totally didn't come back at one of the stops and Cliff went to try and find, which he didn't so he left them behind, thankfully, and then the same late bunch who wouldn't stop talking during the tour even when Cliff asked them to about 8 times. He was so patient. Total tour took about 4 1/2 hours, longer than the 3 - 3 1/2 we were told it would take.

We paid $65/person. Plus it is strongly suggested to give the guide a 15% tip. You can do these things cheaper by going to the State Park visitor center and buying their package, but you're on your own getting around and don't get all the area history and facts about the Falls. On the other hand, you don't have to put up with annoying, inconsiderate tourists.

We had an afternoon to spend at Niagara Falls so thought an official tour would be our best bet. Unfortunately, we had not researched before our arrival and were lured in to the parking lot. Made the mistake of thinking we were at the official visitors center. We bought tickets after being told we'd save $ and time by going on the tour that would leave in 20 minutes. We left 45 minutes later. Soon learned just how close everything was, well within easy walking distance and most attractions free. Our last stop was Maid of the Mist. Unfortunately, we were 20 minutes too late to get tickets for the last boat that had just left. Our tour guide gave us a phone number to call about getting a refund for the Maid of the Mist portion of our tour. I have been unable to get in touch with that number - either poor connection and I can't be heard or I'm sent to voicemail where I hear "This mailbox is full and cannot accept any more messages. Good-bye." Do the tour on your own or get the park Discovery Pass. It's half the price and a much better value!

“Bad management and over booked..... read before you waste money!”
Reviewed August 24, 2013

This trip sucked..there where no seats left on bus...no room for my daughters stroller which at time of ticket purchase i was told was no issue. kids had to sit on laps and tickets where purchased for them!
we where rushed and embaressed.
Family so displeased we never finished tour and went on maid of mist just walked back to vehicle. As far as sights and falls are beautiful. but its easier cheaper and way better to just walk...
