“Wonderful house; best hostess!”

Cassidy is a young woman who wanted to be a stay at home mom but also needed the income to supplement her husband's. She is great! The place is decorated like a magazine and what a superb cook! Cassidy also provides many details on what is available to do in the area, will call to make dinner reservations for you, and if she doesn't have an answer for your question she will look it up. Walking distance to the falls.

Room Tip: Each bedroom is decorated very nicely yet small. The master suite is the largest and has a privite...

We were having a hard time finding a B&B in Niagara Falls NY. We searched the internet and decided that Hillcrest Inn looked to be the best. And how lucky we were to have found it. IT IS A FABULOUS PLACE! It is a gem of a place tucked back off the street, surrounded by trees and gardens. The house has a view of the Niagara River and is a short walk to Niagara Falls State Park and Goat Island -- the best place to experience the Falls. The house has been charmingly restored and decorated. The breakfasts were absolutely scrumptious. But we didn't have to wait for breakfast. A conservatory off the living room and overlooking the river was always ready with tea, coffee and snacks such as biscotti or fresh baked scones any time of the day or night. Not to mention the overflowing bowl of taffy in the front entrance hall. Cassidy is warm and welcoming. What more can you ask for? Top notch all the way around.

Cassidy is as knowledgable, Sweet and welcoming as everyone says. The house is beautiful. We had the Master/honeymoon suite which is definitely worth the extra money as it is big and the deck is so relaxing. Breakast was delicious both days (eggs benedict and lemon ricotta pancakes, eggs, bacon). She always started breakfast with fruit. She has a mini-fridge available for guests, stocks free bottled water and has fruit, coffee, tea available all day. She sat down with us as soon as we got there and went over the area with us and told us exactly where to go/what to do. Maybe 10-15 minute walk to the falls. She'll make reservations for you. Cassidy is great at what she does. When we go back with the kids we will definately stay at the Hillcrest!

Wife booked this reservation. What a wonderful place. Normally we stay in hotels but this was certainly an excellent choice. Cassidy's personality perfectly fits her job description. The room was clean. Bathroom was small but again clean. Niagara falls was an easy walk. Walking into Canada was also an easy walk. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

My wife and I stayed here for just one night in June and we could not have been happier. It was a little early in the season, so the price was comparable to nicer hotels that I looked at. You just get so much more staying here. The owner, Cassidy, was super friendly and helpful. She told us more in 5 minutes about what to do, where to eat, and what to see than I found online in 3 days. The house is beautiful and has great places to sit down and relax inside and outside. Our room was the cheapest that they offer and it was not huge, but it was all we needed. It was very clean and decorated nicely. Cassidy lets you choose what time you want breakfast (I believe it was every half hour from 7:30 to 10) which was nice since you don't have to worry about being up very early. I had the best breakfast of my entire life staying there. Everything was amazing. Even though it was June, every piece of fruit was ripe and delicious. The location is great too. It is less than a 10 minute walk to Horseshoe Falls and less than 5 minutes just to get on Goat Island. The area is very quiet and next to a few other B&B's. I can't say enough about this place. I just wish we could have stayed longer!

This little B & B is so wondeful, and from the moment we arrived Cassidy was the greatest. Cassidy is a great cook and the breakfast meals were so delicious and hearty, her Banana Rocotta pancakes were yummy! We had our same sex wedding here and she was so helpful as we planned most everything from California. Cassidy was so sweet and helped to set things up, from the cake, the photographer to the pedicab and made the whole event so magical. Practically everytime we left our room, she would go in and place fresh towels, straighten up the bathroom and add candy to the bed. I felt like Rosie from the Jetson's cartoon was our maid. She was so sweet and wonderful with great recommendations as to where to eat and who to officiate the cermony. The balcony of the Honeymoon suite was a great spot for the ceremony. She has done a great job decorating this older Victorian style home and she has thought of everything. The bathroom was well stocked with items you may forget, like toothpaste, toothbrush, Q-tips and more. This B & B is within walking distance to Goat Island and the Falls. The balcony off the Honeymoon suite overlooks the Niagara River and you can walk that walkway a few steps from the B & B. I highly recommend this B & B for your stay, you will not be disappointed.

Room Tip: Ask for the Honeymoon suite.

My first b&b & after much research over the internet , we finally decided to give it a try & stayed here. This was one of the best decision we took & much better experience than staying in another conventional hotel in the area. The room is comfortable & staying in the master suite felt like being in honeymoon all over again. Cassidy is a great cook & She can cook & bake amazingly well, sometimes I feel she may had worked in a 5- star hotel before. Jessica & Mitsu were great too & friendly. I would highly recommend this b&b & u definitely will be pleasantly surprised :)
