You know you're in trouble when... the hotel website gives you incorrect directions to their hotel. (When getting off I84, you need to go SOUTH, not NORTH as the website indicates). After we located the hotel, and then waited online for 15 minutes for someone to check us in, we were told check in is not until 3 and we would have to wait.
Finally we are checked in, after discovering that the reservation we had called to make had put my friend and I in one king size bedroom instead of 2 queen size beds, and they had forgotten to apply the special wedding rate. Now to find the room. Should be easy, no? Well no, not so much. We had to leave the lobby, go two entrances down, carry our luggage up a flight of stairs as there were no elevators, and then randomly in the hallway there were these sets of 5 stairs, finally we are in the room.
Once inside the room was rather nice - redone, so not as old as the rest of the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The sink did have a drainage issue, and as the hotel was full, we couldn't switch rooms.

I had to change rooms three times and then when we settled on one that initially looked acceptable, the bedsheets were torn and the bathtub was dirty. Mattresses were lumpy and softIt. Was not a refreshing room aside from that. Everything looked dull. The suites were not cozy. Too spread out.
