My pet peeve, is when they say "we're open until 9PM or 10 PM and then you go out of your way to get there, and your 15 minutes early, and they tell you "Oh, the kitchen's closed ....."
Boy, does that piss me off!
This place actually sat us at a table, and then the manager (owner?) actually had the nerve to come over and make excuses that the chef had shut everything down.
Seriously, how long does it take to heat up a sauté pan ??
I don't care how good the food is, IF it is. I will NEVER be back, and I hope you die a slow, painful restaurant death.
Management should NEVER turn patrons away ..... Period. That is precisely how you go out of business. Fairly high turnover at this location .... hmmm, wonder why
