I recommended some friends for dinner party to this establishment, they called to confirm a reservation for their party and was told everything was confirmed via telephone. When they called back to add additional people to the party, they informed my friend that they had a reservaiton for 5:00PM and not 8:00PM as they had confirmed and because they didnt find an email confirmation which was never told they would receive they refuse to rectify the situation and simply said you can walk-in with your party and wait to be seated. When i called Don Coqui to speak to manager, I was transfered to Kerrie Scott who refer herself as the Office Manager. She was so unprofessional, lack management skills she actually keep saying without a email confirmatio there is nothing I can do, we get lots of reservations and we can not keep track of all of them without a confirmation. I explained to her the young lady who the reservation did not take my friends email or even mentioned such. I also tried calling the Manager Joseph Dejesus and he was even worst than her, he tried to say he treats all his customers the same then when on saying he was busy and could not help me at this time. A manager would try and rectify the situation to keep the customer happy and have future references.. it is obviouse they don't really care... In my opinion looks like they play this game so when people arrive they can pursuade them to buy a bottle... not a professional way to run a business.
