“Nice service, decent food.”
Reviewed January 9, 2012

We usually stop in New Paltz for dinner heading to/from weekends in the mountains. Decided to finally try this Thai place. Service was very friendly. The tom ka soup w/chicken was delicious, the chicken was moist, not dry like other Thai places. The chicken Satay, however, was fried not grilled, so they lose points there. My 2-year old likes grilled better. Their Thai salad was very small and had different ingredients like canned pinapple, and not enough lettuce to go with the tasty peanut dressing. The chicken curry entree was good and you could pick the spice level. Pad Thai was ok, but lacked garnishments. Husband had a boneless duck dish, which resembled a diverse platter for lettuce wraps, except nothing to wrap all the ingredients. The duck itself was delicious, but the dish needed something to tie it all together. All in all a decent meal with friendly service, but not the best Thai experience for sure. I would go back if I was in the area and in the mood for Thai.

“How much salt can there be in a food?”
Reviewed January 6, 2012

We had soup and chicken satay. Chicken satay was very dry and the food was so satly or full of sodium it burned my throat.

“Delicious Thai food, attentive service”
Reviewed October 20, 2011

We went on Columbus Day weekend and placed a reservation to avoid any lenghty wait. The food was delicious - we had 3 appetizers- all excellent. The Red Curry was as spicey as my daughter wanted (very, very spicey). The service was terrific. I highly recommend it.

“Now open in Poughkeepsie! Great food!!”
Reviewed September 8, 2011

Delicious food! We had 3 dishes that were excellent! Garlic Vegetables with shrimp, Bangkok Noodles with shrimp and chicken and a Green Curry and coconut dish (sorry if that's not the right name) with beef. Outstanding!! The Thai Iced Tea with Lemon and the Thai Iced Tea were wonderful too!
The owner made food and drink recommendations that were perfect and he was very friendly and gracious.
I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. It's right in the heart of Poughkeepsie so it's easy to access.
I wish them much success and will return!! :-)

“A stomach ache waiting to happen”
Reviewed February 22, 2011

As a thai food connoisseur I have been disappointed 4 out of 4 times visiting this Restaurant and trying new things every time. If you truly enjoy thai cuisine or your interested in trying it for the first time i would not waste your time and money. The only thing that i have noticed and is worth the stop is their thai tea. Cant mess that up.
