We went to a handful of wineries because we were in the Finger Lakes for a wedding -- and what else would you do? Stopped at Inspire Moore. It was easy to find in Naples - brightly painted, good parking. Tastings, for 6 wines, was $2. I remembered NY State wines as very sweet, but they told us German winemakers came to the area about 20 years ago and found the conditions similar to Germany. I like a dryer wine and was pleasantly surprised with the quality at this winery. They also have sweet, and my companions also enjoyed those selections. Who could resist a tasting room with a huge portrait of John Lennon, and wines named: Change, Love and Peace? This was a very nice stop.
