My husband and I found Charred when we were driving between Pennsylvania and Buffalo, NY. It was the day before Thanksgiving and many places were closing early, but three were a number of people at the bar and at tables so we decided to try it. Colleen greeted us right away, explained the menu and chatted with us - more restaurants should have a person like Colleen working! They specialize in burgers, naturally, and the ones we had were outstanding. They feature a different brewery and vineyard every month, so you can always try something different at the bar. This is a well-run establishment with good food in a convivial atmosphere.
