This is a nice enough Holiday Inn type of suburban hotel, two stories with a decent lobby, a restaurant, and some meeting rooms. My guest room was on the small size but well appointed. I had a package with WiFi and breakfast buffet at a reasonable price for the New York area (which tends to be on the expensive side). I was satisfied with the breakfast though I could have done without the TV in the breakfast room.
I was attending a conference at IBM for which a bus was chartered, but for most people staying here the primary means of transportation is going to be an automobile. Taxis can be ordered but are expensive. A 20-minute walk (including a short stretch without sidewalks) gets you to the train to New York City, which takes about an hour; but the only reason to stay in Mt. Kisco in the first place is to pursue an activity somewhere nearby in Westchester County, which is unlikely to be conveniently reachable by public transportation.More
