“Very nice place with great food, nice ambience and very reasonable prices”
Reviewed May 24, 2014

Very nice place with great food, nice ambience and very reasonable prices combination that is becoming harder to find these days. Very complete menu with nice selection choices. Most are several dollars cheaper than most other mexican style restaurants in this area. will definitely go back there again.

“Nothing special here”
Reviewed April 13, 2014

Mango Cafe is not a very good restaurant. The food is uninspired and portions are meager at best. I had the Mango shrimp. The shrimp were cooked weel enough, but for $20 you should get more than 5 small shrimp. They were drenched in a cloyingly sweet mango sauce and chopped red peppers. It was most unappealing. The steak with mushrooms was tough and the sauce tasted as though it came from a can. A small scoop of plain white rice and a small portion of mixed salad was all that was un the plate. It was all very boring. Desserts were too sweet also. I noticed that other diners ordered things like burritos and enchiladas. They actually looked better than our meal. So to recap we had 2 entrees and 2 desserts and a small bowl of guacamole. It was quite expensive at $65.00. Not worth it,

“Muy Bueno!”
Reviewed February 28, 2014

If you want authentic mexican cuisine....then you must pay a visit to Mango Cafe....We were a party of four and we each had a different entree and each one was delicious.....My dish was Pollo Rancheros which was my first time trying this dish....we also had Steak and Chicken quesadillas. The margaritas were to die for and the staff was very attentive and professional. The appetizers were delicious....the guacamole was terrific and freshly made. I would highly recommend this establishment and look forward to going again.

“Very good selection”
Reviewed February 7, 2014 via mobile

The selection was very good and service fast and courteous. Try the sangria. My steak was tender and cooked perfectly. Vegetables were al dente. Definately a place to return to.

“Okay, but staff are nice”
Reviewed June 17, 2013

Mango Cafe has beaten the odds and has made it past the two year mark here in town. They used to offer locals lots of great deals and coupons, but that has since stopped. The food is okay, the service is very nice and friendly. This is a good quick stop for a taco on your way to the theatre up the road.
