We travel for about 1 1/2 from Keuka Lake to get to Niles Gourmet and it was really worth the travel, beautiful country side setting, we thought we were in Tuscany, owners were very nice and gave us a little tour of there facility everything was very clean. The food was superb the owner Chef works wonders with a great varieties of local fresh ingredients, many from her own garden to elaborate wonderful dishes. I had an eggplant dish to die for, you can reallyt taste the difference of flavors since it was made in the brick oven. MY wife had a rabbit salad and she thought it was superb, the mix of textures and flavors was really amazing, because the rabbit was with curry sauce and then you will find blueberries, cranberries, kiwi, mango and a little touch of carrot preserves on the side that brought the dish to another level. Finally the desserts a lavender vanilla gelato and some dates cakes were just amazing.
