My wife and I stayed here for two days during our stay in the Hamptons. It has a great location and very friendly staff. Montauk with its lovely beaches is a short carride away and there is Manuccis which serves decent food just across the parking lot. I would recommend this hotel to anyone due to the fact that you get your moneys worth compared to what you have to pay elsewhere in the Hamptons. The quality of the rooms is nothing special as it in fact is an inn, but all in all a good place to stay. I would however check out a few places that is located in Montauk. We enjoyed and i would definitely go back

Thank You for your review.
We are glad your family and pet enjoyed the visit.
We are pet friendly but had to charge to cover the extra servicing that pet occupation involves.
On your next visit you should try Manucci's Resturant next door for sunday breakfast.
Also be sure to visit Cullonden Point when you exercise your pet in the early morning.

I spent a night at Kenny's with my family (2 kids)
Good service, great beds and affordable price.
It seems they are renovating the whole hotel looking better and better.
The Inn itself has a pool (very clean and a nice option in lieu of the beach) and a quaint little zen garden where we ate sandwiches from the local deli. There is also a restaurant on the premises that serves a fantastic weekend brunch for just $11.
Kenny's is close to the docks, where you can find great fresh sea food, lobster, crab anything you can dream about.
Further from the town, but I didn't mind being away from the madness of high-season in the center of Montauk.

Dear Guest
Thank you for your review and we are pleased you enjoyed your stay.
Many visitors enjoy the peace of the harbour area and Manucci's
brunch has a well deserved reputation.

I spent this past Labor Day Weekend with some friends at Kenny's Tipperary Inn. Being unfamiliar with Montauk and having made the reservation from an unknown website as one of the last available options to us, I had no idea what to expect, but what a pleasant surprise!! Our room was large and immaculate with comfortable beds and great bedding. And the bathroom had a marble jacuzzi tub (with good water pressure in the shower). The Inn itself has a pool (very clean and a nice option in lieu of the beach) and a quaint little zen garden where we ate sandwiches from the local deli. There is also a restaurant on the premises that serves a fantastic weekend brunch for just $11. Onya, the Inn manager couldn't have been lovelier or more helpful. Kenny's is close to the docks, so further from the town, but I didn't mind being away from the madness of high-season in the center of Montauk. It's an ideal place for couples, families, singles or anyone who wants to head to Montauk and stay in a bit of a nicer place for a reasonable price.

Thank you for your kind review.
The Zen garden was one of the refrubishments done in 2012 so that people
have a nice place to relax.
Some of the lower apartments are on the same area as the Zen garden.
You may want to book one for your next trip, we hope to see you again soon.

Kenny's was easy to get to...out of the main town, so no traffic and late nite revelry. We will definitely return to Kenny's, because they made the checkin and out very simple and painless. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. In addition, the restaurant next door has some good, realtively inexpensive food.

We are glad the staff helped you have a relaxing time in Montauk.
The harbour area can be less frantic than town and suit a relaxed vacation
although we do have a new Ti-Ki bar that adds a buzz on the marina in the early evening.
Do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help with your next visit.

We went July 4th weekend and with everything booked, this property was reasonably priced. It seems they are trying to renovate, which we didn't know about. Our bedroom area didn't have a window, the bed was comfortable, paint peeling, no mirror in bathroom, and alot of work still needed to be finished in the kitchen area. Never could find anyone at the front desk. They had no vacancies, but I would not stay here again. No wifi or phone service.
However restaurants, shops were in walking distance, some cute breakfast places were just around the corner. Had a great bicycle ride to the lighthouse from downtown.

Thank You for your review.
As you say the renovations were still in progress so we are sorry that reduced your enjoyment.
There is WiFi and we are sorry you were unable to get the access code.
There is no house phones anymore mainly due to most people having their own
mobiles often super smart and permanently connected to their social circle.
We know that WiFi has a role to play in peoples connectivity so be sure to ask
for the access code for guests to use.
We hope you will think about staying with us in the future so you can
see the full result of our efforts in 2012.
