Here's the real deal on this place. It is a total rip-off!
First they charge $16 per person including kids (even babies) to get in. Once you're in, you cannot re-enter if you leave. So don't leave anything in your car. They nickle and dime you here for everything! It cost $5.00 for a small scoop (about 1/2 scoop really) of ice cream in a cup or cone inside the farm (really a park), and 0.75 for sprinkles which they don't inform you about until you pay. So 2 single small cups of plain chocolate or vanilla ice cream will cost you $10 there. Face painting for kids is $12 !! Yes! not $2-4 like most places. And if your kid takes a cheap polaroid picture with a pig there it cost $10. The pumpkins are comercially placed there from where ever they get them, so you don't pick them from a pumpkin patch.
Food in the market is high. Sandwichs for 2 was $30, and were ok but that was high. One of the sandwichs was only a 1/2 sandwich, where you can have 1 slice of meat and 1 cheese lettuce and tomatoe. Add 2 bottle drinks and your up to close to $40.
Petting zoo is fun for kids but also better have plenty of coins handy. $0.25 for about 6 or 7 pellets of food!
The tractor "hayride" is extremely lame and goes around in a circle on a man made dirt road around some corn stalks (approximately 5 minute ride). The only rides there really are pony rides in a circle for $5 for kids and some bouncy houses with an average 30-45 minute wait.
This place is totally a commercial rip-off and there are much better pumpkin parks or farms upstate NY, other places in LI (Pumpkin Park in South Hampton), and in NJ, that are bigger with real pumpkin patches, real hay rides through a farm, more rides for kids, and that only cost between $5 and $7 to get in with reduced kid prices and babies are free! Would never go there again.
Save your money and time! Hope this helps you. Believe me, this is no lie! Amazing ripoff! Was expecting and hoping for a more positive experience, but this was a total insult.

Any time you go there is always a theme, the children love the holiday feel of the place and there is always so much to see and do.

The price is the only downside to visiting white Post Farms. It's a great Halloween tradition - the fun can't be beat for the kids. The lines are long and the price is prohibitive for some, but the kids smiles make it all worth while.

Great place to take the kids and grandkids to feed the animals there. They will scream with delight and have the time of their lives. Only problem we have each time going there is trying to get the kids to leave, hahaha.
