Probably the best bargain for quality in Sedona. It was nothing glamorous, but better than Super 8 style. As has been mentioned before, it is about 7 miles out of the "uptown" of Sedona where all the shops are, but is very close to Bell Rock and has a GORGEOUS view of the red rock formations. Definitely would stay here again.

Overall it was alright, but nothing special. It is located in Oak Creek several miles from the town of Sedona, however you do have views of the red rocks on the way. Also the main highway through Oak Creek is in the middle of expansion (probably much needed) but made navigation more difficult. Room was ok, typical "chain" feeling. It was clean, king bed, large bathroom. It was our first trip to Sedona and I would have liked to have had a little more "atmosphere" for our hotel. Sedona itself is well worth a visit, a very special place.

The Views of Sedona. This place has a lot of potential if they fix some of the doors, replace weak toilets with stronger flushing toilets, find nicer staff, get better beds...and a bon fire pit by the pool would be cool.

The tall skinny front desk guy was rude and lazy. If you don't like your job...get a new job! I put all my families rooms on my card. When each family member check in, they were to use there own card. My card was just to hold the rooms... (they gave me the idea to do it this way which is not uncommon, right?). There was a mix up with that. I'm still waiting to see if I'll get charged for two rooms.

The front desk guy gave my family members a hard time. They were booked for 3 nights, had a confirmation #, but he kept saying they may not be able to stay for the third night..or they might have to be move to another room. Why? He kept saying it's been a crazy day.....sooo.....We all deal with crazy days at work. He was so confusing and brainless. My family was concern since they have small children and it was cold outside. I finally butted in and told him/them there not going anywhere and not to listen to the front desk guy. I just don't understand why he was trying to make everything so darn confusing.

All in All this place is ok. There are a lot of other places to stay in Sedona just right up the road. Check them out before you book here.

Better than my expectations. Its located in Village of Oak Creek so its about 5 miles south from Sedona. Its close to gas station/food and certainly has good views to the rocks. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is of decent quality as well. I recommend this hotel.

We drove over 1000 miles to get to Sedona. The views were breathtaking. The Views Inn was not good at all. The staff was unfriendly, did not smile and were very aloof. There are many other facilities in Sedona, please do not stay here. If the people are not glad to see guests come in, then I don't feel like they should get the business. The continental breakfast was lacking as well. Packaged muffins, granola bars and boxed juice was about it. The only thing that was warm was the sun and the bagel. They were late in opening too. Breakfast was supposed to be at 7 am, and the rude man could not drag himself in there earlier than 7:15. The only thing that saved me from totally ripping this hotel was the breathtaking magnificent views of one of the most georgeous places in the world.
