Everything about dinner at Fiamma is great --- the freshest ingredients, the menu that changes nightly and the warm service! Everything from the mozzarella to the pasta to the zeppole dough are made daily. I have eaten ricotta ( which I never really liked) that was unbelievable!
Truly a trattoria, small and personal, so come early - open at 5 and tables are hard to get! Always worth the wait, we have come back from a day in NYC because we cannot find a restaurant in the entire city we enjoy more than Fiamma!
